This is a Tom and Jerry segment where Jerry's Uncle Pecos comes to visit for a short while. Pecos is country singer who is going to play on live television. As he is practicing, his guitar string continues to break, and he pursues Tom tirelessly in an effort to get a new one. Personally, just the way this 5 minute clip is set up makes me laugh. No matter what happens, Tom is always on the unlucky side of the coin, especially in this episode. I love Tom and Jerry. My 88 year old grandpa still stops during the middle of the day to watch those two go at it. Maybe its because of him that I love cartoons so much.
